Davies Paints Named 2026 MPI Coatings Education Champion
Davies Paints Philippines has been named the 2026 Coatings Education Champion by the Master Painters Institute (MPI).
The award was presented during the AMPP Annual Conference + Expo 2026 in Houston, Texas. It honors paint manufacturers that actively push the industry forward through technical training, sustainability, and strict adherence to MPI standards.
A Global Standout
What makes this recognition particularly significant is its scale. MPI selected Davies from a highly competitive pool of international manufacturers, making Davies the only non-North American paint company to take home an MPI award in 2026.
Beyond the Trophy
For Davies, this is not just about corporate recognition. It is a direct result of the company's ongoing investment in local technical education and professional growth. By leaning heavily into MPI’s training programs, Davies aims to raise practical standards across the local paint and construction industry.
The company has long believed that the quality of a finished space depends entirely on the expertise of the people creating it. This global award serves as validation for that exact approach, proving that prioritizing knowledge and technical skill leads to better, long-lasting outcomes for local communities.
Davies Paints Philippines representatives accept the 2026 Coatings Education Champion award at the MPI Champion Awards in Houston, Texas, celebrating a shared commitment to global industry standards and professional development.
