Davies Polyfloor Polyurethane Varnish Sealer is a two-pack polyurethane penetrating sealer formulated to build up, fill in and seal wood grains. It ensures excellent adhesion and a smooth uniform finish of the succeeding topcoat.

SURFACE PREPARATION
New Painting
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil, and all other foreign materials.
- Sand wood surface until smooth to touch with no slivers or rough edges. Dust off and wipe with a clean rag.
- Patch all holes and imperfections with Davies DV-25 Paste Wood Filler Natural or Davies DV-77 Laxtite for clear varnish finish.
Repainting
- Use Davies DV-300-X Strip-eze Paint Remover to aid in scraping off old paint.
- Patch all holes and imperfections with Davies DV-25 Paste Wood Filler Natural or Davies DV-77 Laxtite for clear varnish finish.

Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of Davies PU-1032 Polyfloor Topcoat Gloss Clear
