SURFACE PREPARATION
- New concrete and cement plastered surfaces must be thoroughly cured for 28 days before painting, having a moisture content of less than 15% and a pH below 9.
- Remove concrete laitance and other impurities.
- Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil, grease, loose materials and other possible contaminants.
PAINTING SYSTEM
PRODUCT PREPARATION : MIXING DIRECTION
Mix Ratio:
Mix 3 Liters of Davies Eposeal Base to 1 Liter Davies Eposeal Hardener.
- Add the entire contents of Daviees Eposeal Hardener to Davies Eposeal Base and MIX SLOWLY but THOROUGHLY for 5 minutes. It is better to transfer the contents to a bigger container for easy mixing.
- Apply immediately with a brush, roller or spray.
- All mixed paint must be used within the POT LIFE time limit.

Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Eposeal
Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Powerfloor
B. Concrete Surfaces : Keramifloor
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Eposeal
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of Davies Keramifloor
B. Concrete Surfaces : Acreex
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Eposeal
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of Davies Acreex
