Epoxy-Based Putty
Davies Epopatch a two component epoxy putty which covers hairline cracks and seals holes in concrete floors and walls. Once applied, it turns into a hard, tough, permanent seal which will not shrink after hardening.

SURFACE PREPARATION
- New concrete must be thoroughly cured for 28 days before painting, having a moisture content of less than 15%.
- Remove concrete laitance and other impurities.
- Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure that it is dry, free from oil, grease, loose materials and other possible contaminants.

- Powerfloor
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Eposeal
Putty: As needed, apply Davies Epopatch on surface imperfections
Topcoat: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Powerfloor
- Acreex
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Eposeal
Putty: As needed, apply Davies Epopatch on surface imperfections
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of Davies Acreex
- Keramifloor
Primer/Sealer: Apply one (1) coat of Davies Eposeal
Putty: As needed, apply Davies Epopatch on surface imperfections
Topcoat: Apply two (2) coats of Davies Keramifloor
