SURFACE PREPARATION
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil and other foreign materials.
- Sand with 80 grit sandpaper to remove loose paint and rust. Ensure that all dust from sanding is removed.
PAINTING SYSTEM
Mixing Ratio
- On a clean non-porous mixing surface, spread a 3-inch diameter with a 1/2 inch thick of Daytona Polyester Body Filler.
- Squeeze out a 3-inch strip of cream hard on the prepared body filler.
- Thoroughly mix the body filler and hardener to uniform color.
Application
- Spread an initial thin layer of mixed putty over the cleaned and dried surface using firm pressure to ensure maximum adhesion.
- Apply additional layers as necessary.
- Dry the applied putty for 20-30 minutes. Sand with 80 grit sandpaper.
Thinning: Not recommended. Use AS IS
