SURFACE PREPARATION
- All surfaces must be clean, dry, free from dust, dirt, chalk, laitance, efflorescence, rust, grease, oil, and all other foreign materials.
- Allow new concrete to cure and dry completely for at least 28 days with a moisture content of less than 15%.
PAINTING SYSTEM
PRODUCT PREPARATION
- Add 1 pint of Davies DV-100-X Davies Concrete Neutralizer to 2 gallons of water, then stir thoroughly.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
- Apply by brush or roller until the surface is wet. Allow to dry 24 hours, then brushed-off white crystals that form on the surface.
CAUTION!
- Keep away from heat and open flame. Use with adequate ventilation. Rubber gloves are strongly recommended for handling the solution. Avoid prolonged skin contact and repeated breathing of vapors. Wash skin immediately when it comes into contact.
